This soaker hose set up is amazing. I purchased two sets last year to replace a disasterous attempt at snaking a “flat” soaker hose around my roses. Flat hoses kink. Don’t buy the flat hose if you want curves. Anyway, The photos show how I laid them out in my raised beds. I set them up last spring and just left them all winter. This spring they are working just fine in spite of our 100 degree summer and 0 degree winter! In my rose garden I used the “T” couplers and ran three hoses off a main line(Think of an “E” shape). Each leg ran along a row of roses, making a loop around each rose I covered them all with bark mulch. It just disappared and did it’s job.In my raised beds, I staked the curves down initially, but then the hose developed a memory and laid nice and flat against the ground.Assembly is really amazing. The ends and “T’s” just push onto the hose. “Push” isn’t even the right word: they just kind of slide. No leaks and no blow outs. It is so easy it makes me want to cry. The only problem I ran into is I initially neglected to consider my water pressure, and didn’t have enough output at the end of the soaker if it got too long. I resolved this by putting a splitter on my faucet and running two seperate soakers off the faucet. This is a reflection of my enthusiastic and poorly thought out engineering efforts and not the product.Buy this kit. You will love it.
