I purchased three different style of boot cover to prevent leaving a mark on the boot. This one was the most well made and worked even though I do not have lace up boots for the snap to hook into. You do have to be sure to position the cover far enough onto your boot for it to stay there, but even without having laces to hold it, it will stay in place if you pay a little bit of attention when shifting.A cheaper rubber style with an elastic loop and a comparable leather version both worked okay but the bottom of each of them begin to wear out quickly due to walking on them (it’s so easy to forget you have them on and just a few steps matters). The leather version had leather across the velcro bottom but it was so poorly sewn on that it became separated almost immediately.Go with this one and you won’t regret it. It was the best looking one too!
