Even with only a single drive connected, it struggles to keep up with a SATA-III SSD. Sequential reads of just under 400MBps, when I know that specific drive can easily hit 500MBps. Keep in mind that the ASM1061 chipset is only PCIeGen2, so using two drives at once will bottleneck it even more, though it would be less noticeable when using mechanical drives. That is just a limitation of the chip, and not related to this board, and the listing mentions the chip so that doesn’t hurt it. Also, it was pretty easy to see that the full-height bracket was a little misaligned from the factory, and it required some quick work with pliers to form the bends in the metal to the correct angle. I think that should have been caught during assembly. Installing it without realigning meant that it physically fit (barely) but somewhere there was enough torque on it to make it not have a solid electrical connection so it would not detect.
