Equinavia Frida Kids NordicAir™ Half Chaps

I need to preface this review by saying that we mis-measured my daughter’s leg. Somehow 13 turned into 11 so we ordered this thinking that a large would fit her. Predictably, it doesn’t because it’s two inches too small for her calf. That means that, unlike most of my reviews, this is based on my impressions of the design and material instead of its practical use.And that’s really disappointing because these half chaps look to be beautifully made. They’re well stitched and neat, with no loose threads or bad seams. The material is rigid but breathable. It uses YKK zippers, so durability and longevity there should be no concern even under hard use. They’ve been well designed and my daughter was really disappointed that she could use these for her riding lessons. Now we just need to wait for the next kid to grow into them… [...]
